EXPLAINED
Background
Circadian living provides the framework for living life in sync with naturally built-in circadian rhythms or "internal clocks". These internal clocks keeps most body functions working efficiently and effectively over a 24-hour day/night cycle. The master internal clock keeps the "official time" by tracking changes in our surrounding. Depending on environmental cues this master clock can determine whether we should feel awake, sleepy, energized or hungry.
Problem Circadian Living solves
The problem is modern day living often provides environmental cues that can disrupt or confuse both our master and internal clocks. Eating when we should be sleeping, sleeping when we should be awake, and bright light exposure in the evening from heavy technology can all set the wrong time on our internal clocks-disrupting our normal circadian rhythm which in turn, if allowed to continue can interfere with critical body functions.
Why Circadian Living is needed
Our body and mind can work together and function at their best when they follow the steady consistent circadian rhythm set by our master/internal clocks. With a consistent rhythm the body and mind rarely have to guess when things will happen. However when this rhythm is disrupted stress can easily enter you body/mind creating confusion and a potential long list of health problems.

Simply put Circadian Living involves setting a daily schedule that reinforces your body's natural circadian rhythm. "WHEN" you eat, sleep and exercise is just as important as the "WHAT" and the "HOW".
